Job Description: PRODUCT ANALYST

We're looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented Product Analyst with 1.5-3 years of experience to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll empower our Product Manager with deep insights, driving the development of effective features and ensuring we hit our targets.

What You'll Do:

1. Derive & Showcase Insights: Proactively analyze complex data to uncover product performance trends, user behaviors, and areas for optimization. You'll build the required data pipelines and dashboards with accurate insights.

2. Guide Product Strategy: Provide Product Managers with clear, actionable insights into feature impact, user engagement, and overall product health, fueling continuous improvement.

3. Understand Operations: Collaborate with our operations to grasp execution nuances and identify where data can drive efficiency.

4. Measure & Monitor: Define key metrics, set up tracking, and continuously monitor product performance against goals.

What You'll Bring:

1. 2+ years in a Product Analyst or similar data-focused role with a track record of actionable insights.

2. Strong Data Skills: Advanced proficiency with data manipulation (SQL, Python/R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Quicksight).

3. Analytical Mindset: Excellent statistical understanding for A/B testing and data modeling.

4. Proactive & Curious: A self-starter with a strong drive to identify opportunities through data.
