Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, analytically driven Product Analyst to join our Health Fresh team. This role designed for someone who lives and breathes data, but can also wear a business and product thinking hat when needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who can cut through complexity using data, surface actionable insights for the business, and contribute meaningfully to product and strategy discussions. If you're someone who asks why before jumping to what, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Own end-to-end data analysis for the Health Fresh vertical — from data extraction to insight generation

Build dashboards, reports, and automated trackers to monitor business performance and KPIs

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities hidden in large datasets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and operations

Product Thinking

Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate business requirements into clear problem statements

Contribute to product discussions with data-backed perspectives on user behaviour and funnel performance

Help define and track product metrics; support A/B testing and experimentation reviews

Support communication and coordination efforts across the Health Fresh team

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in data tools: Advanced Excel, SQL (mandatory), and at least one BI tool (Amazon Quickshight, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and drive analysis from scratch
• Python or R for data processing and automation
• Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into crisp, executive-ready narratives
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Good to Have / Preferred

• Exposure to product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, or similar)
• Experience working with or alongside product/tech teams
• Understanding of insurance, fintech, or health-tech business models
