Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks in software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Analyze test results to provide recommendations for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop scripts using tools like Neoload or JMeter to simulate user traffic and measure system response time.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in performance testing with expertise in one or more tools such as Neoload or JMeter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and ability to work closely with developers.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex systems integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages used for automating tests.
