Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Develop performance test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.
- Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
- Recommend/highlight areas of change to architecture, code, and infrastructure to improve performance and contribute to organization best practices.
- Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure systems can handle future growth.
- Provide input into infrastructure and architecture planning to support scalability
- Document performance testing strategies, test results, and optimization efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest performance engineering practices and tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement best practices.
.Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance testing.
- Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
- Proven experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder skills.

- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
