The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Implementation Leader to drive large-scale deployments of LeadSquared’s LOS platform. This role will own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Delivery Ownership (North India)
- Own end-to-end implementation delivery for clients across North India
- Manage multiple high-value projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the escalation point for critical client issues within the region
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Lead requirement discussions, solution design, and implementation strategy
- Drive customer success outcomes and ensure high retention & expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Consultants across North India
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the team
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable CRM/LOS solutions
- Design workflows, automations, and integrations using LeadSquared platform
- Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and standard frameworks
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless delivery
- Support pre-sales for enterprise deals requiring complex solutioning
- Provide feedback to product teams based on regional client needs
- 6–9 years of experience in SaaS implementation / CRM / LOS delivery
- Strong experience in managing enterprise implementations
- Proven experience in team handling and regional ownership
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fast-paced environment with exposure to leading Banks, NBFCs, and FinTech lenders
