- To ensure the right digital tools and artefacts are adopted to digitize all aspects of SSTs work
- To build digital products to streamline SSTs working to ensure better delivery of SST services
- To establish a system for effective Monitoring and Evaluation of SSTs work and determine effectiveness of key processes
- To build, manage and improve platforms for digitization and data capture, visualization and analysis
- Partner with Analytics team to ensure effective reporting of performance indicators to all stakeholders via dashboards, periodic evaluations etc.
- To ensure data quality, seamless availability, consistency and document and apply knowledge from evidence generated to improve outcomes
- To build a data sense in the organization by effective training
- Establish data management and governance standards as per the groups objectives
- Create the product roadmap, making sure it aligns with CSR goals and community impact.
- Gather needs from stakeholders and NGOs and write down all the details for the product.
- Utilizing data and numbers to measure the social impact of the product, not just business value.
- Work with agile methods, like managing the to-do list for the team to deliver features quickly.
- Understand the technology well enough to work with the developers and ensure the data captured is accurate and useful for reporting.
- Define all the data privacy rules the product must follow, working with privacy and legal teams to ensure compliance.
- Making sure the data protection is built into the product from the start, prioritizing features like encryption and secure access.
- Main point of contact for explaining how the product handles data to both the team and others.
- Owning the tools that get user consent, like privacy notices, making sure they are clear and legally compliant.
- Participate in privacy checks, providing information and helping fix any issues that are found.
- Must be a Self-starter, problem solver and take initiative to formulate roadmap for organizations digital transformation
