Your Role:

• Develop Critical Features Design and build the systems that our customers rely on daily
• Collaborate & Grow Work closely with teammates to solve interesting challenges while advancing your skills
• Engineer Smart AI Automation Integrate AI capabilities that simplify complex workflows and reduce manual configuration, allowing our customers to accomplish more with fewer clicks
• Ensure Quality Participate in code reviews that maintain our high standards and help everyone improve
• Build for Scale Create efficient, reliable backend solutions that perform as our user base expands
• Influence Architecture Contribute to technical decisions that shape our platforms future
• Improve Sustainability Help identify and address technical debt to maintain a healthy

What Youll Need:

• 2+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails or Django frameworks
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Database proficiency in design, management, and data modeling with SQL systems
• API development experience for creating intuitive RESTful interfaces
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies for effective cross-team collaboration
• Problem-solving ability that delivers practical, effective solutions
• Strong communication skills that foster team success

Plus: Experience with Elasticsearch or other noSQL databases
