- Supporting the review and approval of pre-approved and post-activity forms (PAFs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting lawyers with compliance checks, including reviewing documentation on third party representatives and conducting compliance assessments
- Supporting due diligence activities such as automated, manual and travel sanctions screening assessments
- Conducting legal and compliance assessments related to third party representatives, patient consent forms and related regulatory requirements
- Maintaining compliance management tools, COUPA systems, SharePoint pages and other legal department platforms
- Tracking, updating and reporting legal data through various reports, trackers, tools, presentations and training materials
- Bachelor's or master's in law
- 2+ years of working experience in the legal department of global corporations, focusing on contracts, legal and compliance matters, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Prior experience in the legal sector with strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
