About Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and backend system design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable REST APIs, working with relational databases, and using modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. The role requires a deep understanding of performance optimization techniques including caching, as well as exposure to distributed systems and cloud technologies.

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java
- Build and maintain REST APIs for enterprise-grade applications
- Implement OOP principles and design patterns in application architecture
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL
- Utilize ORM and dependency injection frameworks like Hibernate and Spring Boot
- Handle multi-threading and concurrency challenges effectively
- Implement caching strategies including synchronization and cache eviction
- Contribute to performance tuning and system optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- Strong OOP knowledge and design patterns
- Solid multi-threading understanding
- Relational database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc)
- ORM Framework & dependency injection framework experience (Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc)
- Experience with caching (synchronization, cache eviction, available tech, etc)
- Building REST APIs
- NoSQL experience (Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
- Messaging/stream processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)
- Docker & Kubernetes experience
- AWS/Cloud
