Inside Sales Executive Immediate Hiring

Company: NoBroker
Location: Bangalore (Sarjapur / HSR Layout)
Work Mode: Work from Office

Languages : English + Hindi, Tamil , Kannada


About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates for the Sales Executive role.

In this role, the company provides leads, and your responsibility is to connect with customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable properties or services, and close the deal successfully.

This is a voice process sales role with attractive incentives and fast growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers through calls
  • Understand customer requirements properly
  • Suggest suitable properties (plots/houses) or services
  • Explain plans and convince customers confidently
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Complete 4 hours of talk time daily

Work Details

  • 6 working days per week
  • 1 rotational weekday off (Monday to Thursday)
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
  • Timing: 10 AM 7 PM

Salary & Incentives

  • Attractive fixed salary
  • Incentives up to 1 Lakh
