Skills:Responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, HR operations, and compensation & benefits processes while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
Role & responsibilities
1)Responsible for endtoend talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
2)Acts as a key HR stakeholder partner, managing hiring manager expectations, recruitment vendors, and internal coordination.
3) Supports HR operations and compensation & benefits processes, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth employee lifecycle management.
