We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Location: Pune.
Duration: 6 Months
Commitment: Full-time
Compensation:10k Stipend
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles from job portals and LinkedIn
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
