Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Specifically hiring for all non sales profile.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process.
