Key Responsibilities

Exit Process Management

• Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities from resignation acceptance to final separation
  
• Conduct exit interviews to capture feedback and identify improvement areas
  
• Coordinate with reporting managers for transition planning and knowledge handover
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and process exit-related documentation including acceptance letters, relieving letters, and experience certificates
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance during separations
  
• Maintain accurate exit records and HR databases
  

Full & Final Settlement

• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for timely Full & Final settlement processing
  
• Verify leave balances, recoveries, and clearance approvals
  
• Track settlement timelines and ensure employee communication
  

Clearance Coordination

• Liaise with IT, admin, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth asset and access clearance
  
• Monitor clearance completion and resolve pending issues
  

Employee Experience

• Ensure respectful and professional handling of exits
  
• Provide clarity on benefits, documentation, and timelines
  
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity throughout the process
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate attrition reports and exit trend analysis
  
• Support HR leadership with insights from exit feedback
