Role & responsibilities
- Under supervision of HOD checking the contract employees Wage register.
- Preparing supporting reports for Payroll of employees.
- Responsible for collection of new employees details and maintenance of personnel files.
- Verification of contract employee’s Attendance & OT register on daily basis.
5. Frequent visit to men employee’s changing room.
6. Collecting the issues from the employees and reporting to the HOD.
7. Organising Training Sessions
8. Organising Employee Engagement activities
9. Shop Floor Visits
10. Supporting/Preparing Audit documents (External & Internal)
11. Any other jobs & responsibility as and when entrusted by HOD
Preferred candidate profile
Education-- M.S.W
Experience- 4 to 8 Years (Manufacturing Industries)
