Job Overview: The Quality Controller is responsible for reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet defined quality standards, test cases, and compliance requirements. The role involves maintaining accuracy, productivity, and adherence to SLAs while supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review deliverables against predefined test cases to verify functionality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable standards, regulations, client specifications, and documented procedures.
• Monitor and achieve daily individual quality goals, including productivity, SLA adherence, and accuracy targets.
• Identify and report quality issues or process gaps and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, findings, and improvement actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferably in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Quality Management, or related discipline).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards, testing procedures, and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
