Position Summary: Principal advisor to senior management on corporate law, governance, and statutory obligations under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and cross-border compliance (FDI, ODI, ECB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Board governance advisory, Board/Committee meeting management, minutes & statutory records
- Listed company compliance stock exchange filings, disclosures, AGM/EGM, insider trading
- Governance framework & policy management
- Cross-border regulatory compliance (FEMA, FDI, ODI, ECB)
- Corporate structuring and subsidiary management
Qualifications: Member of ICSI | LLB & B.Com from regular university | ICWA/CFA is a plus
Experience: 14 - 17 years in corporate secretarial functions in a Public Listed Manufacturing company
Skills: Strong in MS-Office/Excel | Excellent communication | Analytical mindset | Ability to work under pressure
