Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer with hands-on experience in software development. The candidate should have a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, front-end development, and database concepts, along with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET technologies (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core / Web API)
- Experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
- Good understanding of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture
- Familiarity with Azure services and basic cloud concepts
- Exposure to AWS cloud platform would be an added advantage
- Experience with source control tools like Git and DevOps practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Basic debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
Additional Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Microservices architecture
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, or Azure AD
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Knowledge of AI tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development would be an added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong fluency in English communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ownership mindset
- Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and project managers
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards/best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
