Job Description

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead GTM and day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns including strategy, keyword research, account structure and naming, campaign setup, bid and budget management, ad copy, A/B testing, performance tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Understands the target markets along with business and regional priorities and translates them into paid campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Works with third party vendors to improve campaigns. Ensures vendors meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitors performance and campaign effectiveness according to media KPIs and benchmarks as well as lead quality. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve and takes action.
  • Responsible for other web/digital related projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills including English speaking, writing, presentation, and comprehension skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with digital marketing and paid media orientation. Ability to interpret data and find insights.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and work with cross functional teams locally and internationally.
  • Demonstrates fluency in emerging AI tools and platforms, applying them to campaign building, automating workflows, generating insights, and driving data-informed paid media strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Working knowledge of Hubspot, Tableau, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years digital marketing management experience, including paid search, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
  • Current certifications in Google AdWords, Bing, and Google Analytics
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience (B2B, Software)
  • Agency experience
  • Project Management Software (Wrike or similar) and PM skills
  • Experimental mindset, passion for the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
