- 10+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong B2B marketing experience in outsourcing, BPM, or IT services.
- Proficient in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Handling US Interaction experience In mandatory
- Experience with US-based B2B digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
