And were seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a proven flair for driving engagement and a strong commercial mindset. Reporting into our Head of Marketing, you'll help shape strategies for our best-in-class product range.
The world of online learning can sometimes feel a little dusty. So, well need your expertise to spark joy and connect with our audience. We're also looking to up our game when it comes to social media, email marketing, PPC, events, awards & PR, and more.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Optimise SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and content strategy.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
Application Requirements:
- A degree (2:1 or higher) in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- A compelling and authentic (i.e. not AI-generated) cover letter.
- Essential Skills:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects, take initiative, and drive results independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Technical proficiency (especially with software like Word, Excel, and Google Docs).
Desired Skills:
- A good understanding of the learning technologies space.
- Experience in the SaaS space.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and SEMrush.
