Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patching, and monitoring to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot database issues using various tools and techniques to identify root causes of problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to design data models and optimize database schema for efficient storage of large datasets.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in Database Administration (DBA) role.
- Strong knowledge of database administration best practices including backup strategies, recovery procedures, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in documenting database designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
