- Content planning and strategy - Creating amazing content is great, but you need to know how to take it to your audience for maximum impact as per the brief.
- Impeccable writing skills - typos are human error, bad grammar is not cool!
- Knowledge Sharing - Guide and help in the skill development of your peers and juniors - share your learnings with those around you - across departments and functions
- Be Curious - Organise and lead brainstorms in a structured, efficient, result-oriented way. Develop positive relationships with colleagues throughout the agency. Constantly keep enhancing one's skills through online & offline learning. Go beyond your area of core competence by building newer technology related skillsets.

- First and foremost, great writing skills. Flair, a good grasp of the craft and the ability to tweak the tonality and voice according to the asks of the brand and account at hand.
- A head full of ideas - a person with a brain buzzing with ideas, curiosity to learn new things everyday and apply them to the work.
- Be open to feedback - most projects have many stakeholders all with multiple points of view. While being proud and defensive about your work is appreciable, being open to feedback and multiple iterations is awesome
