Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support procurement contracts and ensure smooth contract management processes. The role involves reviewing contracts, tracking deliverables, handling stakeholder queries, and supporting reporting and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review procurement contracts and prepare clear summaries of terms, obligations, and risks
- Track contract deliverables and deadlines; highlight risks proactively
- Respond to stakeholder queries and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain contract records and ensure documents are up to date
- Support negotiations with trackers, comparisons, and draft inputs
- Prepare reports using Excel, SharePoint, or Power BI
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams
- Track actions from governance meetings and ensure closure
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years in contract management, procurement, or related field
- Experience with contract documentation or CLM tools is a plus
Education
- Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
