Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6–8 years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coding and problem-solving skills, along with practical exposure to designing and developing scalable enterprise backend applications using modern Java technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
Build and maintain Microservices-based applications following best practices and design principles.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper exception handling and logging mechanisms.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines.
Required Technical Skills
Core Java
Strong understanding of Core Java concepts and object-oriented programming principles.
Hands-on experience with:
Collections Framework
Exception Handling
Multithreading concepts
Java 8 features including:
Streams API
Lambda Expressions
Functional Interfaces
Optional API
Strong coding and logical problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to write optimized and clean code following best practices.
Spring Boot
Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot application development.
Good understanding of:
Dependency Injection (DI)
Bean lifecycle
REST API development
Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
Application configuration and profiles
Global exception handling
Logging and monitoring frameworks
Microservices
Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Database & Tools
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems is an added advantage.
