Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, AWS cloud services, ReactJS, and scalable enterprise application development. The candidate will drive offshore delivery, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full-stack application development
- Drive architecture and technical decisions
- Design scalable microservices and REST APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Guide and mentor junior engineers
- Ensure application scalability, security, and performance
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
