Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee pod construction projects, ensuring execution aligns with quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Approve vendors and supervise site engineers and contractors to ensure material compliance and design adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, BD, Supply Chain, IT) to drive project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure all safety protocols and permits are in place.
Key Deliverables:
- Timely completion of pod construction projects with accurate BOQ and validated architectural plans.
- Vendor and contractor management ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Regular updates to senior management with tracked progress and budget reports.
- Compliance with safety, design, and regulatory standards across all sites.
