What would you do
You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationAutomate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.

What are we looking for
Level 9 | Skill Set UiPath .NETStrong hands on experience in UiPath and .NET developmentCapability to manage a small sized team and lead delivery activitiesCoordinate closely with BT and Ops stakeholdersExperience in code movement and automation deployment via JenkinsGood working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Agentic Automation, and Document UnderstandingPerform lead activities, including project management, coordination, and delivery governanceExtended support during UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production issuesPrerequisites / Expectations for Backfill Resource:Location:Mumbai (preferred for better coordination during critical delivery phases)Shift Timings:3:00 PM 12:00 AM ISTWork Model:Work from office once a week and on demand basis Flexibility:Willingness to provide extended support beyond planned shift hours, whenever demanded by client dependencies and delivery exigencies (with prior planning)Role Split:o ~60% hands-on development supporto ~40% lead / coordination / dependency management activities
