Job Introduction

The role of AM Vendor Management is important from the perspective of the necessary support required by sales teams to drive business. The support is primarily from a monitoring / tracking point of view for various vendors/partners which OI team has. This role therefore highly demands skills of co-ordination with partners which includes continuous monitoring and payment to vendors for services availed.

Principal Responsibilities

• Analying and tracking business performance.
• Manage Third Party engagements effectively to ensure all risk activities (including on-boarding, monitoring, payments to partner and exit) are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner
• Present observations in quarterly TOF forums
• Conclude TPSR reviews and remediate observation in Helios
• Effectively manage our relationships with vendors on platforms like Archer/Riskflo, fusion, global register for vendors, oneTPM and NTTP. This includes overseeing their regular risk assessments, TPSR, screening, KPMG external audits, invoicing, and assisting them with their external audit needs.
