Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience
- Maintain and update the employee database and personal files to ensure compliance with HR record-keeping requirements.
- Prepare and update HR dashboards and monthly-MIS reports for leadership review.\
- Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and trackers related to vendor management and compliance tasks.
- Managing governance processes and background verification (BGV) activities.
- Any other task as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Post Graduate in Human Resources Management
Experience
4 to 8 years preferably experience in hospital or healthcare
Behavioural Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability. • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical hiring timelines.
