- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and tools.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Proven track record of implementing and scaling Agile practices in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- SAFE Certification is Must
