Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager for UK/Europe Staffing to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure successful delivery of recruitment services across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of staffing operations, client handling, recruitment processes, and market trends in the UK/Europe region. *Key Responsibilities* Manage and develop relationships with existing UK/Europe clients. Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery. Handle end-to-end account management activities, including requirement gathering, client communication, and issue resolution. Ensure achievement of revenue targets and business growth objectives. Conduct regular client meetings and provide staffing updates and reports. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround time. Maintain strong knowledge of UK/Europe staffing market trends, compliance, and hiring practices. Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term business relationships. *Required Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Proven experience in UK/Europe Staffing or Recruitment Account Management. Strong understanding of UK/Europe recruitment lifecycle and staffing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Experience working with ATS/CRM tools. Strong team coordination and leadership abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. *Preferred Skills* Experience in IT staffing/recruitment. Knowledge of UK/Europe employment regulations and compliance. Existing client network in UK/Europe markets is an added advantage. Client retention and satisfaction. Revenue generation and account growth. Requirement closure rate. Turnaround time and delivery quality. Team coordination and performance.
