We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving revenue growth through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making on account strategy.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Build long-term, high-value relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of customer business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
