Workday HR Technology Analyst, Senior

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The HR Technology Analyst, Senior serves as a key liaison between Talent Acquisition and IT Development, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Recruiting and related platform integrations. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable system configurations while supporting critical recruiting operations and delivering ongoing enhancements.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, Developers, and vendors to translate recruiting needs into Workday solutions
  • Analyze, configure, and maintain Workday Recruiting (ATS) functional configuration to support complex and evolving processes
  • Serve as Product Expert or functional partner, collaborating with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing priorities, enhancements, and system roadmap
  • Participate in Workday release activities, including feature evaluation, adoption, and implementation
  • Support integrations between Workday and recruiting technologies, ensuring reliable data exchange and minimal disruption to operations
  • Partner with developer to maintain integrations across platforms such as Paradox (career site and scheduling), HiredScore, HireRight, Broadbean, AON, DocuSign, tax credit vendors, and MS365 (Outlook/Teams)
  • Partner with developers and vendors to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution
  • Balance production support with delivery of new features and enhancements across Workday and integrated technologies
  • Participate in the implementation of new solutions (e.g., AppCast), ensuring seamless data flow for requisitions, candidates, and applications
  • Provide expert support to recruiters and advise Talent Acquisition on system capabilities and process improvements

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Hands-on functional experience with Workday Recruiting (ATS), including configuration and release management
  • Experience with leading the functional aspect of recruiting and HR technology projects
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Compensation
  • Experience supporting integrations (bidirectional/outbound) across HR or recruiting systems
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems with a focus on uptime and issue resolution
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with tools such as Paradox, HiredScore, HireRight, Broadbean, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
