We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support Client Advisors in delivering comprehensive wealth management services to sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional client experience across all aspects of the firm’s service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare materials for regular client meetings held 2–4 times per year
• Attend and actively participate in all Chicago-area client meetings (and occasional out-of-town meetings)
• Prepare detailed follow-up letters and action item lists after each client meeting
• Track and execute client-approved action items, working directly with clients to ensure timely completion of investment and planning documentation
• Review quarterly client reporting packages and participate in quarterly client review calls
• Assist in the design and implementation of customized asset allocation, wealth transfer, and estate planning strategies
• Coordinate with clients’ external advisors (tax, legal, philanthropic, and other professionals) to support tax planning, wealth transfer, and charitable goals
• Support new business development efforts, including preparation of client presentations
• Contribute to internal firm initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, family office, tax, or investment roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families
• CPA, CFP®, and/or MBA strongly preferred
