We are currently partnered with a leading Manufacturer and Distributor in the Oklahoma City area in the search for a dynamic VP of Supply Chain - a strategic, globally minded leader who can elevate our end‑to‑end fulfillment and logistics operations across the U.S. and Internationally.
This is a high‑visibility executive role reporting directly to the COO, ideal for a seasoned supply chain leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at building high‑performing teams, and brings deep expertise in global logistics, warehousing, and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fulfillment, inventory and logistics operations across multiple domestic and international locations.
- Build and execute a long‑term vision for our clients global fulfillment organization.
- Oversee third‑party warehousing and logistics partners to ensure world‑class performance.
- Manage all logistics functions, including carrier negotiations, freight optimization, and claims.
- Develop capacity planning models and operational tools to drive efficiency.
- Establish KPIs, operational standards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and all import/export regulations.
- Protect inventory integrity across transit, storage, and work‑in‑process environments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
- Manage operational budgets, capital planning, and headcount forecasting.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 10+ years in fast‑paced logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Deep understanding of international supply chain operations.
- Strong business acumen in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
