Job Description
The Vice President, Marketing Strategy Lead on the Loyalty Generation team will lead customer-centric initiatives designed to drive awareness, adoption, and repeat usage of new Business Banking products and features. In this role, you will partner closely with Product to develop and deliver an insights driven, multi-channel marketing strategy across email, owned digital, and other direct channels to accelerate product growth.
You will own go-to-market planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, target audiences, and channel mix to achieve awareness and adoption goals. Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Legal, and channel execution partners, you will orchestrate campaigns end-to-end—from concept through launch and optimization—ensuring timely, high-impact delivery. You will also communicate strategy, performance, and insights to senior leadership to inform decisions and drive results.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a steady marketing drumbeat to promote new Business Banking products and features, driving sustained awareness, engagement, and repeat usage among clients.
- Partner with Product to translate the product roadmap into clear go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and channel mix.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to prioritize test-and-learn opportunities; develop hypotheses, test designs, and measurement plans to improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance.
- Own campaign strategy and performance measurement end-to-end, including defining success metrics, monitoring results, and applying insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Analytics, Legal, Channel, Operations, and other marketing stakeholders) to bring marketing tactics to market efficiently and on schedule.
- Lead campaign delivery management by coordinating inputs, creative/asset needs, reviews, and approvals to ensure high-quality execution within a strong control environment.
- Develop compelling, story-driven presentations that synthesize insights, results, and recommendations to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to take initiative, own outcomes, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly effective storytelling and executive communication skills, including developing presentations that drive alignment and action.
- Strong program/project management skills
- Strong experience partnering cross-functionally to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing (e.g., email, owned digital) from strategy through execution.
- Experience operating within a rigorous controls environment, ensuring marketing activity meets legal, risk, and compliance standards.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate roadblocks, manage dependencies, and deliver work on time with high quality.
