Role/Responsibilities

• Facilitate targeting and segmentation with the marketing teams.
• Develop coaching reports with the learning and development team.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Create and manage reports to track system utilization.
• Provide support for sales teams and headquarters personnel.
• Present new capabilities and remediation tactics to field champions.
• Assist in the next generation of CRM scoping project
• Manage user accounts, including setup and deactivation for new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.
• Administer product certifications
• Assist in managing territories and those assigned to them
• Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with Veeva CRM, Align, and Promomats.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
• Ability to create detailed process documentation and reporting.
• Ability to interface effectively with sales teams and headquarters personnel.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $81,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $123,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
