HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Veeva Operations Project Manager to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities
- Facilitate targeting and segmentation with the marketing teams.
- Develop coaching reports with the learning and development team.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Create and manage reports to track system utilization.
- Provide support for sales teams and headquarters personnel.
- Present new capabilities and remediation tactics to field champions.
- Assist in the next generation of CRM scoping project
- Manage user accounts, including setup and deactivation for new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.
- Administer product certifications
- Assist in managing territories and those assigned to them
- Ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with Veeva CRM, Align, and Promomats.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
- Ability to create detailed process documentation and reporting.
- Ability to interface effectively with sales teams and headquarters personnel.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to support and train users.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation.
- Analytical skills to generate meaningful reports and provide insights.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $81,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $123,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
