Unit Clerk-Registrar - NICU - 14HR Day Shift

Role: Unit Clerk-Registrar in the NICU with a focus on administrative and support duties.

Responsibilities: Organize nurse station activities, perform clerical, reception, and registration tasks, maintain the environment, manage supplies, coordinate patient transfers, and file documents into medical records. Exercise judgment in clerical decisions, adhere to policies and procedures, and support efficient unit operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)
• Calm, rational demeanor with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Effective organizational and communication skills
