- Employment Type: Travel
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager
Start Date: ASAP (3–4 weeks from offer to accommodate compliance requirements)
Note: Start dates for this unit are scheduled on Tuesdays
Shift: 5x8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Patient Ratios: 1:20–25
Weekend Requirement: Variable
On-Call Requirement: None
Floating: Yes – clinician may float within scope to adult inpatient, ED, and pediatrics
Block Schedule: May be accommodated upon request
Locals Accepted: Yes
Pending License: Accepted (application must be submitted and received by licensing board to qualify for 90-day exemption)
RTO Policy: Maximum 7–10 days (to be made up at end of assignment)
- Minimum 2 years of acute, inpatient hospital case management experience within the last 5 years (required)
- Experience in inpatient medical/surgical, emergency department (ED), and pediatric settings (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Ability to manage RN case management responsibilities for adult inpatient and ED populations
- Willingness and ability to float across adult inpatient units, ED, and pediatrics as needed
- Epic charting experience required
- Travel experience preferred
- Type: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
- Designation: Magnet, Teaching, Level I Trauma Center
- Charting System: Epic
- Scrub Policy: Any solid color (no prints); scrubs provided
- Parking: $16 daily pass (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM); public transportation strongly encouraged
