Mercedes-Benz USA Technical Training Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities

Mercedes-Benz USA’s Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team is seeking a motivated Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for a current junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering. This individual will join a team of program leads, recruiters, and instructors that live across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Perform data entry and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Assist with fleet logistics.

Qualifikationen

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Info:

  • Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.
  • Available from May 2026 to May 2027
  • Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
  • Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
