We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward technical problems that may not have defined standard operating procedures.
• Perform network engineering, data cabling, and systems administration across various software and hardware environments.
• Ensure the availability of infrastructure networking and computing systems during production hours.
• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solution improvements.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
What You'll Need
• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
• 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years of networking experience (e.g., DNS, DHCP, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
