The Recruiter plays a critical role in fueling Kforce’s growth by connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you’ll execute full‑cycle recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and place qualified, diverse candidates while serving as a trusted advocate throughout the hiring process.




Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, internet research, career fairs, and direct outreach
  • Partner closely with internal colleagues to understand client hiring needs and priorities
  • Submit candidates and provide insights to support hiring decisions, including compensation recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews and manage follow‑up with candidates and clients
  • Guide candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing, skill evaluation, and salary negotiation
  • Facilitate offers, including compensation, benefits, and employment terms
  • Ensure timely completion of pre‑employment steps (references, background checks, drug testing)
  • Manage consultants on assignment and support redeployment as projects conclude
  • Build long‑term relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues to generate referrals and deepen industry knowledge
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and recommend creative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct all interactions with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality





Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–8 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional sales experience
  • Strong consultative, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $60,000 – $88,900 (per Massachusetts pay equity law) PLUS uncapped monthly commissions - based on performance metrics.
