Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-level technical support for its enterprise PeopleSoft (TeamWorks) ERP system, including modules related to Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and State Travel & Expense (Concur). This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely support for State of Georgia employees and maintaining the integrity of enterprise operations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone (Platform28) and service request tickets (Oracle CRM).
  • Provide timely, accurate, and courteous support for PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules, ESS, and Concur State Travel systems.
  • Log, monitor, and resolve or escalate service requests per internal protocols (Tier 1 triage, Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation).
  • Input and update employee data across PeopleSoft modules and support travel and expense reporting via the Concur system.
  • Review, analyze, and respond to customer-submitted documentation and inquiries using Oracle CRM.
  • Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers.
  • Follow internal documentation, policies, and procedures to support continuous service improvement.

  • This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
  • Candidates must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
