This is a hybrid role.


We are seeking a high-caliber Tax Analyst to join a sophisticated corporate tax department. This position is a perfect "first exit" for a Big Four professional looking to move into a fast-paced, multinational industry environment. You will be a key contributor to the global tax lifecycle, working on complex domestic and international tax workpapers for a diverse, high-growth organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of consolidated federal and state income tax returns.
  • ASC 740 Tax Provision: Support the quarterly and annual income tax provision process, including the calculation of effective tax rates and deferred tax balances.
  • Global Tax Support: Coordinate with international business units to gather data for foreign tax reporting and local compliance requirements.
  • Audit & Research: Support federal and state tax audits and perform technical research on emerging tax legislation to ensure global compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage tax technology (such as OneSource or Corptax) to streamline data collection and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MST or CPA track preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Big Four or large national public accounting.
  • Publicly traded company experience preferred, specifically working with large-scale consolidations.
  • Foundational knowledge of ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes).
  • Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to navigate complex ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.
