We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner—a hunter, closer, and advisor—who owns recruiting end-to-end in a high-volume, high-expectation environment supporting TurnPoint Services and our operating brands nationwide.

Direct Sourcing & Hunting
High-Volume Execution

Ability to deliver quality hires across 50–100+ open roles.
Percentage of hires coming from direct sourcing vs inbound applicants.Quality of slate and hiring manager alignment.Strength of pre-close and candidate engagement.
