Looking for an experienced Superintendent to join one of the most well-established general contractors in Indiana as a Superintendent II. Projects span across healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, higher education, and pharma through Indiana.

Client Details

Our client has over $300M in annual revenue with large diverse projects. They are a top Midwest ENR GC firm winning GC of the Year and Best Places to Work. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare and university projects that go beyond 2027. They are looking for someone who is seeking career growth and strong relationships.

Description

  • Manage subcontractors and field personnel
  • Make sure schedules are matching and completed on time
  • Handle safety across the site and QA/QC
  • Meet with clients, architects, and design teams
  • Attend OAC meetings
  • Make sure projects stay within labor budget

Profile

  • 15 years of experience (maximum)
  • Experience as a lead super (projects ranging from $20M-$50M)
  • Ground experience
  • Renovation experience
  • Tech savvy
  • Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead)
  • Experience in one of the following markets: healthcare, pharma, higher education, education, light industrial, manufacturing, or multifamily
  • Understanding of "critical path forward"
  • Willingness to travel throughout metro Indy
  • Experience in occupied spaces, especially in healthcare (preferred)
  • Degree (need relevant experience if not)
  • MEP is a plus
