This client is a well-established, family-owned general contractor based in the Las Vegas market, with a strong reputation for delivering high-end hospitality and entertainment-focused construction projects. Their portfolio includes hotels, casinos, resorts, restaurants, and large-scale experiential developments, primarily across fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Description

  • Lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own overall project performance including schedule, budget, cost control, and profitability
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal project teams
  • Oversee field operations in partnership with site leadership to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, scope review, and contract execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategies
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documents
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive timely project solutions
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations and company standards
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented project environment focused on successful delivery of complex hospitality work

Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with strong leadership of large-scale hospitality or complex commercial projects
  • Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout in design-build or CM environments
  • Strong ability to lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining control of schedule, budget, and quality
  • Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project financial management
  • Proficient with scheduling tools (P6 preferred) and construction management platforms such as Procore or similar systems
  • Strong field leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery
  • Stable work history with reputable general contractors or construction management firms
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven construction environment and leads by example

Job Offer

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from 150,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
