Sr. HR Operations Analyst
Hybrid | Nashville, TN
Compensation: $90k-100k

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Sr. HR Operations Analyst to support HR operations, workforce management processes, reporting, and analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with HR systems, and leveraging data to drive better business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, benefits, timekeeping, and offboarding
• Manage and maintain HR data, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Support compliance and audit reporting
• Configure and support UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze workforce and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics, or a related field
• Strong experience with UKG Pro, Workforce Management, or similar HR systems
• Advanced reporting and analytics experience using Power BI, Cognos, and Excel
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, and HR data governance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
