This position requires the candidate to be available to work in person in our Atlanta office. We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed.

What are we looking for?

You will be responsible for turning our data into actionable insights. Here's what that entails:

Data Analysis and Modeling

• Build and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, membership churn, and usage patterns
• Analyze customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for platform improvement
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for processing large-scale transaction data
• Create and optimize algorithms for personalized customer recommendations
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate feature effectiveness
  
  

Business Intelligence and Reporting

• Design and maintain dashboards for key business metrics
• Develop automated reporting systems for car wash operators
• Create predictive models for business forecasting
• Analyze membership patterns and provide insights for pricing optimization
• Generate actionable insights from customer feedback and behavior data
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven features
• Partner with customer success to understand operator needs and pain points
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to the development of data-driven product features
• Mentor and train junior team members on data science best practices
  
  

What We Expect You To Have

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with modern data science tools and libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience with NLP and analysis of customer feedback data
• Background in customer behavior analysis or predictive modeling
• Knowledge of time series analysis and forecasting
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming
• Previous experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
